The condo sleeps 6 people with one queen, 1 full/double, 1 twin and a full size sleeper sofa. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and is stocked with all your basic items to making cooking a breeze. The warm sand is just steps away, giving you more time to relax and enjoy a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A Place at the Beach III provides guests with easy beach access, sparkling pools, picnic and grilling area and laundry facilities on site.
Additional features include three oversized TV's and free internet. There is only ONE parking spaces per unit.
Unit is limited to the number of persons allowed under listed occupancy.
The primary guest must be 25 or older
No smoking, no motorcycles or trailers
No pets allowed

Great weekend
It was fine. Nothing was exceptional.
Was very happy with the condo and the proximity to Ocean Annie's and the beach. Was everything I expected and had great TVs.
