This condo sleeps 8 people.n the Loft. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, a breakfast bar, and a dining area with seating for 6. Enjoy the view of the outdoor pool from your screened in balcony, accessible from both the living and master bedroom. The master features a sliding glass door to the balcony and plenty of closet space, while both bedrooms offer access to their own bathrooms.
Additional features include a washer/dryer, wet-bar area, and free Wi-Fi.
Limit two parking spaces per unit.
Heron Pointe offers the best amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a nice deck for sun-bathing, a grilling area with picnic tables and the best part is, it's all near the Grand Strand's finest dining, shopping, and entertainment attractions, and just a short 5 minute walk to the beach.

It was in a perfect area and we all had a wonderful time. Will book again!!
Nice place close to the beach. Just a five to ten minute walk. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice. Even had gas grills available in two spots
There was a flyer in our check-in packet that told us pest control had to be allowed in on the 2nd Thursday of every month. No worries. Then I noticed a couple of small roaches scurrying around the kitchen an evening later. I know it's hard to get roaches out of a complex like that. But still not nice to have them there. May need to up the frequency of pest control visits. The neighbors complained a few times about our noise level. We tried to accommodate but if someone has small kids they may end up fielding complaints about noise from older neighbors who apparently don't want any noise at all. This is a really small thing but no hot pads in the kitchen.
