Welcome to this bright and sunny first-floor three-bedroom condo featuring a side window for great lighting in the living area and an excellent view of the pool and courtyard. This condo offers convenient access to the beach and pool and comfortable furnishings surrounded by classic beach inspired decor. Pelicans Landing 118 sleeps six people with one king bed,queen,and two twins. Additional features include a washer/dryer, wet-bar area and three cable TV's and one Roku TV. Large 50" TV in living room helps guest enjoy those evenings together. Limit two parking spaces per unit
