Online Owners Portal
Property owners may access their Grand Strand Vacations and Rentals account via the OWNER PORTAL tab on the home page at www.grandstrandvacationsandrentals.com. Owners are issued log in credentials, and may view monthly statements, reservations, and notices online.
Our property care teams are dedicated to ensuring your property is always in tip-top shape. From cleaning to maintenance, our professionals check each property before and after every stay.
Smart Keyless Locks
Grand Strand Vacations and Rentals will install an electronic door lock on the entrance door of the property. The owner will be issued a door code that will be active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We ask that owners do not provide their personal owner door code to service vendors, realtors, friends or extended family members. Our reservationist will issue a unique door code for vendors, realtors, friends or extended family members.
Guest Screening/Background Checks
Fraud Prevention software for short-term rentals offering facial recognition, fake id checks, automated identity verification, minimum age check, damage, and liability protection
Dynamic Pricing and Advertising and Marketing
Using our own algorithms, we increase your rental property revenue, so you get the most out of your investment. We also use the best third party sites such as VRBO, AirBnB, Hometogo, Tripadvisor, BnBFinder and more as well as our own in house advertising, google and Facebook

“The experience of working with GSVR members was very good. The folks at the Mar Vista were not as easy to deal with. We had a really bad experience with our entry card not working and then needing to get it re-keyed. Not only did this make us late for our dinner reservation but it was very challenging finding someone to help. I would highly recommend having GSVR have the keys re-keyed every other week so this doesn’t happen to future guests. It was very frustrating.”
