Respectful everything that he described in the listing is accurate. Great location, easy access to the beach quiet community, on our next visit to Myrtle Beach if this unit is available, I will try to rent it again. Thanks, Jim.

Clean and comfortable. Furniture in great shape and the washer and dryer are a huge plus. Shower pressure in master bathroom was low but nothing we couldn’t deal with.

We were very comfortable & had a great time. The man who answers the phone & at check in was not very friendly but the lady was always very nice. The condo is very nicely decorated, loved it!

The place was just as described—well located and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, when we arrived, the mattresses had some really unpleasant stains, and the shower curtain was covered in pink mold. I appreciate that the host responded quickly and brought a new curtain, but those cleaning details should be taken care of before guests arrive. With better attention to cleanliness, this could be a great option.

We had a great week in ocean lakes! The house could have been cleaned better between guest, especially the floors. The couches need to be replaced, but overall the house was nice! For a 3 bedroom house in ocean lakes, you couldn’t beat the price!

The condo was what we needed for a family of 4. It was a bit dated and the kitchen needed more supplies. Had an issue with the refrigerator and they addressed it immediately. Overall, it was a decent condo.

The place was beautiful, more than enough space for my in-laws and I to come together. Literally looks just like the pictures. It's super close to many restaurants and the beach. Parking is 50/50 depending on what time you return back to the condo.

We arrived after the office was closed, but not to fret per Jim info pack will be in the box at the front of the office....and they were, with my name on it! It had everything we needed to find the condo. The only problem if you call it that was we had to wait for a oatking spot to be avaliable it seemed to be a full lot! We entered in the front took a left and there was our elevator we took it to the 6th floor and our condo was easy to find, code worked first try and the condo looked just like the pictures!! The condo was clean from front door to kitchen to bathroom to room zero conplaints here!! Communication was excellent with Jim he seemed to always respond. Whats not to love...there is a pool, the beach right almost at your doorstep and resturants within walking distance! When we come back to the M.B we'll stay with Jim again. Great experience and kids had a blast...as did we!

Beautiful view and super easy beach access! The unit was clean inside and had everything needed in the kitchen to make meals. Keypad entry was super convenient, and booking was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The outside balcony could use a cleaning, and some updating is needed inside (tabletop had dings, placemats were stained, and couch had stains). We didn’t receive a full starter pack as described. No trash bag placed in the kitchen trashcan or initial laundry pod, but we bring our own supplies anyway. Only inconvenience was having to drop off the passes at the rental office; since they expire, it felt unnecessary. I can understand gathering used items for convenience for the cleaning staff, but it’s a bit of a hassle to have to wash items when checking out, especially for early departures and when there’s a cleaning fee. That said, none of these things would stop us from coming back. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend the location.
