Oceanfront 2 bedroom family sized condominium with 2 baths, large living and dining area, breakfast bar, central heat and air conditioning, spacious oceanfront balcony, cable TV, and completely equipped full sized kitchen with a range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a toaster. A washer and dryer is located inside this unit for your convenience.
The ocean front master bedroom suite has a private bath, oceanfront balcony access, and a King sized bed. The second bedroom has 1 Queen size bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa.
This unit is located on the 1st Floor. Carpet and tile throughout. Washer and Dryer for convenience. Extra features include: 3 TVs, DVD, iron, and ironing board
49" flat screen TV, ceiling fan on patio.
Unit is limited to the number of persons allowed under listed occupancy.
The primary guest must be 25 or older
No smoking, no motorcycles or trailers

We really enjoyed the condo. The location is perfect, it was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again
We love the Brigadune. We've stayed here many times but this was first time at beach level. Made it much easier moving in for the week and going to the beach. Will want to rent again in the future. Unit was in great condition and very relaxing. Thanks for making our vacation so memorable.
Perfect for couple, especially with mobility issues. Full access to outside no stairs. Literally on the beach. Interior pretty and beachy, extremely comfortable beds
Great property and proximity to beach. Comfortable property I would say the linen service is stingy on linens and towels. We had to buy additional towels no fitted sheet for master bedroom bed had to keep making the bed daily to keep a flat sheet on the bed. Needed a dust pain to help with sweeping the sand accumulation Family would stay again at this property despite the above inconveniences
I wish you would have called us so we could have responed to these issues. They are not acceptable
