You will enjoying having friends and family sitting around at the counter or this Bar height table in the dining area while meals are being prepared. Steps away, the den features a large mounted flat screen TV great for viewing from the sofa, love seat and recliner or any where in this wide open floor plan.
WiFi is also available. Off the kitchen on the same floor there is a washer/dryer, even a 1/2 bath to wash up for mealtime. Rounding out the 1st floor is a queen master that offers a private porch to enjoy those morning cups of coffee. Lovely custom tiled shower with seat, not to mention the comfort height toilet and counter height vanity with double sinks.
Upstairs we have a separate HVAC and a pocket door to keep those small ones from sneaking down the stairs. We offer an additional four bedrooms featuring a queen master suite with a private bath that includes a tub/shower combination, comfort height toilet and raised vanity not to mention the nice views of the water from the porch just outside your quiet space. Its been said that you can even hear the sounds of the waves from this porch. There is an additional bath located in the hall with a tub/shower. One bedroom with a double bed and futon sofa (not for sleeping). and the other two bedrooms have a double bed.
Linens are not provided for this home.
You need only bring sheets, bath, kitchen and beach towels and paper products. Rental Linen Packages are available at an additional cost (7 days advanced notice required).
Golf cart parking on the wooden ground deck at all times (including visitors) below works out great . When you return from the sandy beach you have a private lighted outside shower with hot and cold running water for your use. Beautiful home, nicely decorated.
Bring your own Golf Cart or rent one from Ocean Lakes cart rentals.
Unit is limited to the number of persons allowed under listed occupancy.

Traveled with my family of 5 plus 2 sets of inlaws. Plenty of space , beautifully maintained, and accessible to everything! This was truly a perfect family getaway
House was clean and as described. Good location in a quiet neighborhood
I put together a last minute Memorial Day weekend. The house was great! Everything we needed was there. Plenty of space and restrooms for all! Great decks and grill provided. Located in a great area with pools and fishing. The kids loved it. They are ready to return at any time! Thank you for a great family weekend.
The house is absolutely PERFECT! Spacious rooms and well stocked kitchen All the amenities you can think of were provided ! 10/10
