This condo features comfortable furnishings, a large deck with pool view, and an open layout perfect for reconnecting with family and friends. This condo sleeps six people with one queen bed, two twins, and one queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional features include a washer/dryer, wireless modem for Internet access, 2 TV's.
No elevator. Limit two parking spaces per unit.
Unit is limited to the number of persons allowed under listed occupancy.
The primary guest must be 25 or older
No smoking, no motorcycles or trailers
No pets allowed
Community Amenities such as Pools are not under our control and may or may not be available from time to time because of health, damage or legal issues.

We had a great time good weather! But there needs to be something done with the smoking area! A large family sat every day below our balcony and smoked ALL day. We couldnt sit on our balcony much in the afternoon because of it. I think the smoking should be in a designated area to insure everyone a great vacation!Everyone was helpful
