The owners have supplied a comfortable and beautiful atmosphere and have thought of every detail for their guests including an ice machine to fill those coolers. The Décor is lovely. Everything is bright, airy, and beachy ! The cottage has games, cards, books, and puzzles for all ages in the rare case of a rainy day. There are 5 cable TVs - living room and all four bedrooms, A DVD player (and a few DVD's) as well as Wireless Internet. The owners provide many extras for their guests (garbage bags, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, dish soap, cleaning supplies, and etc.) plastic plates, bowls, and cups for safe outdoor dining under the unit in the sitting area complete with picnic table, outdoor sofa, chairs, ottomans, and tables. There is a stainless steel Weber gas grill, 8 over-sized beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler, pool toys, beach toys, and a wagon for your family, so helpful for bringing all those things to the beach! You can see how much they love a nice place at the beach, it is such a plus that they are willing to share what makes them comfortable with their guests! The house is ideal for GOLFERS with a gathering area downstairs (for a cigar and a scotch after a hard day of golf), a great gathering area in the living room for sharing the day’s events and planning for future ones, and of course it's only a short walk to Ocean Annie's! Come enjoy Cottage 56 and make it your home away from home too!

we have 24 of us that come to MB twice a year and rent the Guest Cottages every year because of convenience to Ocean Annie's, Golf and restaurants. also the 4 bedroom design makes it enjoyable for each player to have its on bedroom and bath. thanks for letting us enjoy your cottage

We had linens, lots of kitchen supplies, plenty of paper products for the week- paper towels, toilet paper. I received an email the day before check in to make sure to bring bed linens if I hadn’t paid for them. Never saw an option to pay, so I took sheets with me. That turned out to be unnecessary. Not a bad thing, just strange communication from the management company. Didn’t get a response from the property owner before leaving for the drive down. No problem there! The dryer was new and didn’t work since the electric wasn’t hooked up properly. We just line dried towels and clothes- no problem! The neighborhood was nice with a couple of restaurants in walking distance. Beach access was close to walk too! Nice place for a family too. 3 adults and 4 adult sized children and we had plenty of beds and hangout space. Would definitely go back to Beach Cottage 56
