Our family absolutely LOVED your air b and b this week. So close to the ocean we were able to walk but also had a pool for them to enjoy when they weren'tup for salt water (they're Great Lakes kids). Full cook wear and dishes made life easy when we didnt want to eat out. This was my very first air b n b and jim you have set the standards so high for our future visits. We left the octopus stuffy flipped to happy to show off how much we absolutely appreciated our stay

We have been coming to this property for the last 2 years. It is really convenient location since we have grandchildren that are young - and it is right across from the pool. Short walk to the beach ... Plenty of space and nice area under the cottage to sit and relax. Would recommend the property!

We had 6 adults and 2 children for our family vacation. The condo and property were very clean. We were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The owners thought of everything, the kitchen was well stocked, and are very generous to share their beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas.

Everything was very nice. Not to fancy. Just very nice and comfortable. The teenage girls, age 19, breathed a sye of relief and picked their room immediately. Then we walked to the beach in no time flat. We had a very nice time.

Apartment, building and amenities were perfect for our family. The extra items in storage- chairs, umbrella, toys, etc - were appreciated. Easy access to pools and beach. Plenty of things in walking distance or short drive. For future renters, I recommend reserving beach umbrellas and chairs ahead of time as they get booked quickly. I recommend bringing your own linens, towels and pillows. While everything else was good quality and comfortable, these could use a little update. Overall excellent family vacation rental and would recommend. Quick and responsive to questions.

We took our annual beach trip and it did not disappoint! We loved the house. Very clean and there were no issues. It also had tons of space and all the basic amenities we needed. The pool was great to have as well and we were super close to the beach. I would definitely book this property again!

Description is accurate. Lots of amenities included when booked through VRBO! We had linens, lots of kitchen supplies, plenty of paper products for the week- paper towels, toilet paper. I received an email the day before check in to make sure to bring bed linens if I hadn’t paid for them. Never saw an option to pay, so I took sheets with me. That turned out to be unnecessary. Not a bad thing, just strange communication from the management company. Didn’t get a response from the property owner before leaving for the drive down. No problem there! The dryer was new and didn’t work since the electric wasn’t hooked up properly. We just line dried towels and clothes- no problem! The neighborhood was nice with a couple of restaurants in walking distance. Beach access was close to walk too! Nice place for a family too. 3 adults and 4 adult sized children and we had plenty of beds and hangout space. Would definitely go back to Beach Cottage 56

I put together a last minute Memorial Day weekend. The house was great! Everything we needed was there. Plenty of space and restrooms for all! Great decks and grill provided. Located in a great area with pools and fishing. The kids loved it. They are ready to return at any time! Thank you for a great family weekend.

Nice place close to the beach. Just a five to ten minute walk. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice. Even had gas grills available in two spots

There was a flyer in our check-in packet that told us pest control had to be allowed in on the 2nd Thursday of every month. No worries. Then I noticed a couple of small roaches scurrying around the kitchen an evening later. I know it's hard to get roaches out of a complex like that. But still not nice to have them there. May need to up the frequency of pest control visits. The neighbors complained a few times about our noise level. We tried to accommodate but if someone has small kids they may end up fielding complaints about noise from older neighbors who apparently don't want any noise at all. This is a really small thing but no hot pads in the kitchen.

Would definitely stay here again ! Had a elevator for my mother in law to get up to the floor/unit. It was clean , washer and dryer in unit ! It was peaceful and quiet and we had no issues at all. Beach was across the street also so no issue walking there ! Even has a small area to take shoes off before entering unit so no sand in condo !

We had a great stay! We loved having easy access to both the pool and beach. The condo was nice, as expected - communication from Jim was prompt. The location is perfect - 15 minute drive to everything you want to see in Myrtle.

I can't say enough good things about this property. Beach location is Excellent. The unit was Wonderful. Its close to Everything. We had the Best time. ThanksI had questions and a couple issues that needed addressed. Guest services were attentive, pleasant and took care of me almost immediately. Our door lock stopped working and Jim was there So quickly to fix it

We stayed 9 days and had a great time. Some seating that was more comfortable in the living room, the commodes are low..need to be replaced with higher ones, older people or with handicaps it was hard to get up and down. All in all we were pleased.We were very please with maintenance for getting us umbrella by pool.
